Come and join me at Bootcamp!
A women's only bootcamp, so everyone can feel their best and be comfortable whilst getting a sweat on. As it's a small group of people, it's personal and I can work closely with each of you to ensure you get the most out of every session, focussing on correcting form and technique. As the time and place will be convenient, bootcamp is great for new moms, retired folks, or even ladies of leisure.
What do you need to bring?
Apart from mats, all equipment will be provided. If you require a mat to work out, please bring one along.
How does it work?
There will be six workout stations and each bootcamp session will have up to 12 people. You will work in pairs for a 45 minute workout which includes warm up and cool down.
Date and Times:
Bootcamp starts on May 17th, 2022 and will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 - 19:45.
Membership and Cost: You get a one week free trial so you can come along, try some workouts and ask plenty of questions. If you recommend a friend to bootcamp, you get a free 1-1 personal training session with me.
Location: Victoria Park, Finchley N3 - Seymour Road/Etchingham Park Road entrance (free street parking available).
Results are guaranteed, as long as you are consistent with your training and prioritise leading a healthy lifestyle alongside bootcamp.
BOOTCAMP PROGRAMME
Monthly Cost: For 8 Bootcamp Sessions (two sessions a week) at £12.50 per session | Total: £100 per Month
