As a group or couple, you will strive to improve and outdo your friends or family. This friendly competition means you will improve over time because each member will want to do and be better.

I can come to your home or local park, at a time that suits you. You save valuable time, making more time for your professional and home commitments, all whilst leading a healthy lifestyle. I cover North West London, ranging from Mill Hill, Finchley, Barnet, and all surrounding areas. I provide portable equipment for the sessions, so all you need to do is bring yourself and your motivation to lead a fitter and more healthier lifestyle.


COUPLES TRAINING

Package 1: Block Booking of 4 Personal Training Sessions at £70 per session | Total: £280

Package 2: Block Booking of 8 Personal Training Sessions at £60 per session | Total: £480


GROUP TRAINING: IDEAL FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES OF FOUR

Package 1: Block Booking of 4 Personal Training Sessions at £25 per session | Total: £400

Package 2: Block Booking of 8 Personal Training Sessions at £20 per session | Total: £640

Participants do not have to share the same fitness goals, though a shared goal is a bonus. The benefits of working out together are high. The social support you provide each other as you embark on your fitness journey together can increase your success.
